Okay everybody, a few thoughts:
first of all, about my "nickname," some of you heard my excuse for having that on there but for those who haven't, i thought that was my hint for my password, thus the name "fun night." Peter- i appreciate your analysis of it, that was humorous, and some people have called me weird before so i won't get too offended.....lol ne-ways......what carps said was interesting about separating us from the beast. I definately think Steinback used his characters to represent that. Cathy was definately portrayed as being a "beast," or someone not quite human, but at times showing human qualities. For those of you who haven't finished the book, i won't tell you the human qualities that she shows cuz i want you to read it yourself!! it's amazing!! man i just really love this book. I was looking over my annotations and there are like 50 quotes that could be thesis statements, all of them pretty deep and powerful.
Well i guess that's about it......oh yeah, I DID CHANGE MY NICKNAME TO.....guessy guessy.... EL SNIPER....... i just hope it shows up.....pretty sweet huh?? i thought so, alrighty have a good night gente!!!- Michael J. Roome #7
